ISO 9001:2026 Readiness · ISO 14001 · ISO 45001

Quality, Environmental and
Safety. Certified Together.

Build a single Integrated Management System covering ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 while preparing your quality framework for the ISO 9001:2026 revision. One governance model, one audit programme, one practical action plan.

QHSE integrated from day one ISO 9001:2026 readiness + ISO 14001 + ISO 45001 UK practitioners, no outsourcing Fixed-scope, no hidden costs

Three certifications managed as three separate systems is unsustainable

  • Three separate management reviews, three separate audit programmes, three sets of documentation
  • Quality, environmental, and safety objectives that contradict each other
  • Consultants who specialise in one standard and bolt the others on as an afterthought
  • Systems built to pass audits — not to improve how the organisation actually operates

One integrated QHSE system

  • Single IMS framework with shared policy, risk register, and objectives covering all three standards
  • Unified management review agenda that satisfies ISO 9001 §9.3, ISO 14001 §9.3, and ISO 45001 §9.3 simultaneously
  • Combined internal audit programme — one schedule, one trained auditor team
  • One certification cycle, three accredited certificates from a single UKAS body
Services

What we deliver

Structured, practitioner-led services from initial assessment through to post-certification support.

Integrated QHSE Gap Analysis

A combined assessment across ISO 9001:2026 readiness themes, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. We map your current state, identify integration opportunities across common clauses, and produce one prioritised action plan.

  • All three standards assessed in parallel
  • ISO 9001 transition themes included
  • Aspect, hazard, and risk assessment review
  • Single prioritised action plan

Integrated IMS Documentation

A single documentation framework covering quality, environmental, and health and safety requirements — combined policy, unified risk and aspect register, shared objectives, and all mandatory documented information for all three standards.

  • Combined QHSE Policy
  • Unified risk, aspect, and hazard register
  • Environmental aspect register (ISO 14001 §6.1.2)
  • Hazard identification and risk assessment (ISO 45001 §6.1.2)

Environmental & Safety Controls

Implementation of the operational controls specific to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001: significant environmental aspect controls, safety risk controls, emergency preparedness procedures, and legal compliance monitoring.

  • Environmental operational controls
  • Safety risk control hierarchy (ISO 45001 §8.1.2)
  • Emergency preparedness and response procedures
  • Environmental and H&S legal register and compliance log

Integrated Internal Audit Programme

A single audit programme covering all three standards — one schedule, one trained auditor, covering quality, environmental, and safety requirements in each audit cycle. Significantly more efficient than three separate programmes.

  • Combined audit schedule across all three standards
  • Lead auditor training (2 days, all three standards)
  • First full audit cycle conducted by us
  • Single corrective action and improvement system

Triple Certification Preparation

Stage 1 and Stage 2 preparation for all three standards — ideally with a single UKAS certification body offering combined audits. Mock audit, document review, and corrective action close-out.

  • Combined mock audit (all three standards)
  • Certification body selection for combined scope
  • Stage 1 and Stage 2 attendance
  • Post-audit corrective action support

Who we are

Built by people who have done this from the inside

Rotix is a professional services practice founded by people who have spent careers implementing standards, managing audits, and building management systems for real organisations — not as consultants parachuted in, but as practitioners embedded in the work.

Our team brings together expertise in Quality Management, Environmental Management, Health and Safety, Engineering, Operations, and Business Leadership. We designed our Integrated QHSE approach because we have seen first-hand how organisations struggle when quality, environmental, and safety management operate as separate silos with their own teams, their own consultants, and their own paperwork.

For 2026, that also means helping clients prepare for ISO 9001 transition themes without overselling uncertainty. If you want one coherent QHSE system with stronger governance evidence and less duplicated admin, let's talk.

Operations & QMS

Lead quality practitioner with hands-on integrated management system experience across manufacturing, construction, and services sectors.

Environmental & H&S

Environmental management and health and safety background; leads aspect and hazard identification, legal register management, and ISO 14001/45001 implementation.

Business & Compliance

Business leadership and audit background; client engagement, management review facilitation, and multi-standard certification preparation.

FAQ

Common questions

Can we prepare for ISO 9001:2026 while implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001?
Yes. The integrated structure makes that practical. We treat ISO 9001 as a readiness and transition workstream until the final text is published, while continuing to build the shared QHSE controls, management reviews, audits, objectives, and legal compliance processes needed for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Which sectors typically need all three standards?
Construction, engineering, manufacturing, facilities management, utilities, and infrastructure businesses are the most common candidates — particularly those tendering for public contracts or working in supply chains that mandate QHSE compliance. Professional services firms are increasingly pursuing integrated systems as part of sustainability and ESG commitments.
Do we need ISO 14001:2015 or the upcoming ISO 14001:2026?
ISO 14001 is currently under revision, with ISO 14001:2026 expected to publish in 2026. If you're beginning implementation now, we can design your Environmental Management System with the transition in mind so you're not building something you need to rebuild in 12 months. We'll advise on the most appropriate approach based on your timeline.
What is involved in the H&S legal register?
ISO 45001 requires you to identify and have access to legal and other requirements relevant to your occupational health and safety risks. The legal register lists applicable UK legislation (HSWA 1974, MHSWR 1999, CDM 2015, COSHH, PUWER, etc.), monitoring arrangements, and evidence of compliance. We build and populate this as part of the implementation.
Can we certify with a single certification body for all three?
Yes. Several UKAS-accredited bodies including BSI, NQA, Alcumus ISOQAR, and Bureau Veritas offer combined certification scopes. A single combined audit for all three standards is significantly more cost-effective and less disruptive than three separate certification processes.
How long does triple certification take?
Typically 5–9 months from gap analysis to certification, depending on your organisation's size, readiness, and complexity. The integrated approach doesn't add proportional time — the common structure means a lot of work done once covers requirements across all three standards. We'll give you a realistic timeline after the initial gap analysis.
